We look at key topics of motivation and engagement and how this applies to the SCOAP model and Human Behavioural Framework. We relate this to HR research and science to give models of brain engagement that drive performance in the workplace.

In this module we move on from engagement and motivation to growth and development of the brains. We match this to neuroscience psychology and HR models and tools and look at how change can positively or negatively impact this.

This final module takes larger organisational principles’ and applies neuroscience to this and matches OD and HR organisational principles. This shows how the brain responds and will be impacted by organisational structures and decisions.
